  Incredible atmosphere and place. The attention of the spectacular waiters, the food is brought to you very quickly, only that it was a little lukewarm. Incredible experience and the wine is on another level 👌

  I went for the guided tour of the winery, and I found that the winery was not available to see the wine process for remodeling, something that no one anticipated when making the reservation. The person assigned for the visit was not ideal for customer service since he gave us a tour of the vineyards adding very little content of value to the tour. They took us in a golf cart for a ride and gave us very poor and unwilling information. (It is not their fault, it was obvious that they left the task to someone who is not fit to explain or give a visit) beyond that, when we finished the poor tour, it was time for the tasting. In this part, not only was there a lack of variety of wines, but the usual protocols were not complied with either. And when I say protocols I mean something very basic, missing water, incomplete table service without napkins or bread. We had to ask for both things or we would have gone from the poor tasting without spending x water between glasses. The value of the visit seemed super expensive ($3,500 per person) for having provided an incomplete service since we did not learn anything about the wine process. I feel like my money was literally stolen from my hand. Being out of conditions, they should not offer this service since it leaves them very poorly positioned, far from everything that one can observe through the networks. After this frustrated visit we went to the bee, we paid $300 pesos and they explained everything to us in great detail and instructed us as we expected from cotton. I would not go back and I will not recommend it. I'm even going to make sure people know about my experience.

  Excellent restaurant, shame they use plastic bottles. Even though the waiter found a solution, for these prices they can surely have alternatives.

  Lovely, private, tranquil, relaxing destination. Superior service by a most attentive and happy staff. Eggs cooked to order for breakfast. Wonderful menus allow the succulent wines to shine. The front desk does their magic to provide excursions into town or for local sight seeing. Enjoyed a massage and facial.
