  It’s very old. It’s all very dark. The bathroom are very old... I recommend pay a little bit more and go to another hotel.

  The location of this apart is really convenience. Not that far from the “peatonal” of Rosario City and not far from the Paraná River and Monumento a La Bandera. Very friendly staff and the rooms were really nice and clean. Don’t forget to tip your maid, they work really hard.

  I can find better hotels for the same price. I think the rooms are in too poor condition to stay in the room in a longer period. I don't need much, but I want a clean room, and all things working, and not broken things. It's not me who booked the room, and the photos on the website show something that is not true! Broken toilet, dirty toilet, room was not cleaned from the last guest. Cracked walks rusty handles in the bathtub. I will check out tomorrow and go to holiday Inn.

  The rooms are rather old, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The whole house has really thin walls and you hear every single noise, doors closing sounds like slamming etc. Breakfast is simple and gets boring already on the second day. The yakuzee on the rooftop is not working and holds only water ("bathtub") Overall the hotel needs renovation. Plus is the price and location "close" to the center and parks.
