We took them to drive from el calafate in argentina to porte natales in Chile. The drivers forgot the papers for the border crossing which meant we had to wait for 4 additional hours at the border till the documents arrived. So total 10 hours in the bus, and no where to get water or food, the toilet was discusting. The drivers where unapologetic and didn't care about people's missed connections. In the end they dumped us in the middle of porte natales and drove off. No compensation. Return we took another company, much better experience. They got us back in only 4 1/2hours. AVOID THEM

Nice tours. Friendly staff. BUT, the buses are old and dusty. The bus from El Calafate to the border with Chile has a bathroom that is not working. The bus from the border to Torres del Paine has no heat. They kept telling us that they turned it on, but then they admitted it was not working. Always Glaciers: if you want to make a good impression and cater to world travelers, you must improve the condition of your buses!

We booked a very expansive ticket from Torres Del Paine to El Calafate. First of all, we left the parking site two hours later than expected. The bus comfort was by far the worst we experienced in Argentina (we travelled around 1 month in this estonishing country). 10 Minutes after the border Chile/Argentina we had to quickly switch buses for no reason and of course people forgot in this chaos some things in the bus which had been left behind. We arrived in El Calafate around 4 hours later than expected eventhough the border went smoothly.

Used only the bus services. The company offers.an early bus to Puerto Natales which is a plus and the bus is comfortable. This being said, they always give a meeting time wayyyy earlier that the real time and they are not on time. For eg: we had to be at the meeting point at 5am but the bus didn't come until nearly 6am. We bought an airport transfer but the bus didn't come and the hotel called us a taxi...
