::We spent almost two weeks as a family at Amarà Suites. Excellent price-quality ratio, and with a very good attention from the staff (they must improve, yes, that the Administration does not close from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on days of high season). The facilities are well maintained. The apartment was very comfortable: the electrical appliances work well, comfortable beds, a clean bathroom -the shower is ok- and an adequate Internet signal. The breakfast is abundant. The location is very good: three blocks from the center and close to the beach. I recommend the accommodation.

::I went for 2 days at the end of November with my partner to disconnect. It felt like we were in a ghost place because we were alone. The person who received us (after notifying us by phone that we had arrived) explained everything to us quickly and told us that he lived there, so if we needed anything we could tell him. WE DID NOT SEE HIM AGAIN, and although we went looking for him, we never found him. The pool that should be heated was not. The Games room and the Gym that were supposed to be open were not. The only thing I asked the owner over the phone was if we could, instead of leaving at 10, do it after noon so that we could have lunch in peace and then pick up our things and he said no. NOBODY WAS IN THE COMPLEX AND I ARGUED THAT THE MAID SHOULD DO THE CLEANING IN THE MORNING. Unusual where you look at it. Terrible attention and zero customer service. I will not return and I do not recommend it, rather the opposite.

::We booked this place for its services and we say because of the pool that was heated according to the publication, we went on the end of November and with temperatures of 20 gr the pool was freezing. We couldn't use it. After all of 10. But we chose the place because of the pool and we left disappointed.
