  I was waiting all morning and I saw through the window, the person who was supposed to deliver the order arrive, I grabbed my document and when I barely left the house, he was already leaving after writing something down on his cell phone. no more than 10 seconds will have passed. I understand that delivery people don't like to leave orders in my area because they don't feel like going to the trouble of understanding the address, but that doesn't mean they have to keep me waiting like a fool all day. I prefer to be told that they are not going to deliver the order directly to me and that I have to pick it up on my own than to spend all day waiting for someone who is not even going to try to work. In addition, when making the claim to the company number, they do not give me answers and tell me to keep waiting, which was useless since two hours after waiting for the delivery man, the order information is updated saying that he had passed by my house and that nobody attended him, just at the time in which the supposed delivery man that I saw, had passed.

  Good day, I ask you to please check the delivery address well and to arrive at the address, I had agreed to deliver an envelope for an exact date and they never arrived at any time and in the follow-up it said UNSUCCESSFUL VISIT "NON-EXISTENT ADDRESS" which is not It never happens with other services and I had to go to the branch to look for them, wasting my work permit time.   Son una paja atómica. 2 personas y a veces 1 para atender. En época de COVID y frío dejan juntando gente. Cada persona les lleva 25 min. Parace q quieren juntar gente en la fila para los q pasan digan: q bueno!!!! Se debe comer bien ahí !!! No sé!!! No entiendo.!!! Ya vine 3 veces y son una paja mortal .

  Hay mucha fila porque por pueden entrar solo 2 o 3 personas. La atención suele ser rápida y amable. Para ganar tiempo tener el DNI, el celular con el mail y el número de envío, es lo que te van a pedir.
