  The attention in this place has not changed at all since before the pandemic, it continues with the same charisma of an ANSES local, the attention is never good, you treat people with a "little" of arrogance, as if those who enter consult, you already know how the world of mail delivery should be, I really say it, I would love that some time, the employees could see themselves on camera as they serve and I would like to know if they ever change if those clients were family, maybe, I do not blame the employees, but I do blame the company, the supervisor, surely they are never visited or consulted if they are okay, or if they need something, perhaps the psychological burden and daily stress of serving dozens of people has taken them away little charisma and they are rather something like something totally robotic and stressful, I am serious and as an occupational health professional, ANDREANI should train their employees and see if any of them suffer from stress or perhaps they do not have development work and they are pigeonholed doing the same thing hundreds of times for years... that frustrates... Greetings and I hope you take it as a continuous improvement, it is not to mistreat anyone, but to improve... Thank you
