  They give you two possibilities to visit. On two occasions it happened to me that because they couldn't come due to "force majeure" they took away the possibility of them coming again. What is the customer's fault for your inefficient delivery service? On top of that, I was at my house all day waiting for them to tell me that they are not coming. Truly a disaster! If you need something urgent, don't count on Andreani's service, it's terrible. Two orders were sent to me and neither of them arrived.
