  Terrible service. They never go through the house. You have to go to the branch. It is impossible for me due to schedules and distance, that's why I chose home delivery. I do not recommend at all.

  They say they came on a schedule and never rang the bell. From what I read they usually do that. I must say that in my case it is the first time. The 0800 does not answer. Edit: they still do not respond on day two of the claim

  The very bad service leaves much to be desired, they say they visit you to make the delivery and it's all verse, they don't go and tell you that they went and didn't find your address, you go to the central office and you have to wait 2 more days because they don't they have there, on top of Renés, that they have to wait 2 hours in line, a real disaster, more than 20 people

  A month waiting for a card to arrive. I went to pick it up and they told me that I had to wait for the postman to come to my home 3 times and not find me. On top of that, it says in the system that they went on a Saturday at 8 in the morning, the most opportune day and time to be attended.

  Good attention from the stuff member. Only two people inside the place, the rest must wait outside.
