::I see that I am not the only one, I made a purchase more than 10 days ago, they say that they came on 1/23, which is a lie because not only were there people waiting all day, but I have a camera at the door. I went personally, everyone made the same complaint, and they promised again for Tuesday, which they did not fulfill either. I have to return from the coast and I have to cancel the purchase because of these people. I forgot to say that they had already given me a SAMSUNG refrigerator (new) with a tremendous bun on the door and they didn't give me time to check anything so I was left with a souvenir. They work only for small Mercado Libre packages.

::The service they provide in Villa Gesell is lousy, they say they went to the address to deliver it and that they did not find anyone when I took the day off work to wait for them, I waited for them another day and they did not come. Supposedly I had to wait 2 more days (I said ok, ""acceptable"", I hope...) and at the last minute they let me know that I have to go to the nearest branch (Pinamar) TERRIBLE. The opposite of the service provided in previous years, they all seem new!!!! A DISASTER

::A disaster!! They deliver the merchandise anywhere without knowing to whom and then indicate that they delivered it correctly to the address to "comply" with the delivery times. They don't care about the customer. This is how they are robbing you. What they generate is indignation and that the company is no longer trusted.

::A very fast service I never had a problem with Andreani. I buy a lot of things but I never get anything wrong and almost always things arrive earlier than normal. I recently bought some things and they arrived on the 26th. Everything arrived on the 22nd, I don't know how they do it but the truth is these guys are very fast 100/10 I hope they continue like this nothing to say...
