  Regarding the attention, I never had problems. But Andreani is only a good service to pick up at a branch. The deliveries are a real disaster. They say they come by your house and they don't. You have to be careful because sometimes the order comes back for not being at home and it's false! You spend the day waiting and they notify you that it could not be delivered. a pity I do not recommend it for important issues.

  They did not leave us the tickets at home because in theory we had moved. I do not know where they got that information that is not true and they did not leave a note notifying them that they happened. When we went to claim personally; They didn't take responsibility, they didn't give us the tickets, they contradicted each other and in the end they sent our package back to Buenos Aires. Appalling.

  Andreani is deplorable, you get an email "today we are going to pass" which means waiting for them between 00:00 and 23:59. And if you want to call their 0800, it is impossible to communicate.

  A disaster. They have to deliver packages in other locations, they mistakenly deliver them in Rafaela and then they tell you that they don't know who received your package, that you contact the sender. If you send email they don't answer, if you call they don't answer. Terrible service.
