::D E S A S T R O S O service, delivery was scheduled for December 30 and arrived on January 5. They spent 3 days receiving notifications that they were going to go through the address and they did not go through "forces majeure" I spoke with Andreani's number many times and on two occasions I was answered by an operator named Juan who was very rude, imposing pressure on the conversation without letting me speak and even cutting off my call. The shipment just arrived today and they didn't even come to my home. They left the shipment at the municipal inn in my town where a person of good will agreed to receive it. The distributor did not even bother to communicate where she had left the order.

::0 stars. POOR service. The postman DOES NOT ARRIVE AT HOME and reports that he does!!!! It is not the first time it happens. Hours waiting for him at the door AND HE DOESN'T COME although the notification of the application indicates that he arrives that day and then directly that he already went and there was no one at home (lie !!!!!!) In the end, you pay for home delivery and you have to go pick it up at a branch. A shame!

::With withdrawals at the branch all good! BUT BEWARE, they don't ask for home delivery because they never come over, they leave you a note on the platform saying that they tried to pass but that nobody attended them... Lie! Plus it's impossible to get in touch with anyone! They are a shame, what a lack of professionalism and what a lack of respect towards their clients! I advise other companies much more, such as OCA, VIA CARGO, even Correo Argentino... The truth is that Andreani (Villa Allende branch) is the worst!
