  Good morning, I contact you to report a fact of a high level of aggressiveness of an Andreani employee. On Friday, November 18, at 4:10 p.m., the vehicle plotted with the name of the Andreani company was traveling along national route number 9 between the towns of Tío Pujio and Villa María in the direction of Villa María. Moving behind said vehicle, patent number AD 434 OJ, I observe that the vehicle leaves the road towards the shoulder traveling at 110 km/h, returning to the road and crossing into the opposite lane. I overtook said Andreani vehicle due to the insecurity of staying behind it since, at the exit of the road, it threw stones on the hood of my car. When I got to the first traffic light in the city of Villa María, I took out the photo attached to the license plate. When the driver saw this, he insulted me, threatened to kill me, when the traffic light gave the green light, Andreani's vehicle was thrown at my car, without touching it, when he got to the next traffic light he got out of the vehicle with a stick, walking from end to end of my car threatening to break my car and kill me. I am going to publicize this fact through all possible channels so that the company takes action, with an employee of such aggressiveness. I have made the police report in Villa Maria police, record in my possession. Cheers

  I have had problems with the last 4 deliveries, they make excuses for not going to the address, or they indicate that they passed by because there were people at the address waiting, and they even do not make a second visit. All so that one has to go to the branch to withdraw and they do not have to go to the address.

  Second time in 10 days that we get the email that they came home and were not attended. I have cameras to discuss it with anyone. A shame. After the same thing happened to my daughter, I said that I would not use this email anymore, but I had a purchase prior to that and I had no choice but to wait for it and pray that they would not do the same thing twice. After this... Never again!!!!

  I give them one star because I can't give them less. An absolute dislike. The service is a disaster, days waiting for a package that never arrived on time. They sent me an email informing me that they came to my address, but that they could not deliver my shipment because they were not attended to, when I was at home waiting for them and the next day, the same, only this last time they did not even send an email. I got tired of calling on the phone, nobody ever answered me nor did they answer the emails I sent. I complained at the two branches in my city, Villa María: in one they did not know how to give me an optimal solution (they told me to wait for the email to arrive again informing me that it was dispatched from the plant and go to the branch again, but it never arrived said mail) and at the plant, they treated me with a terrible character and they didn't even know where my package was, since they never registered that it left there that morning. Terrible organization despite being a logistics company. I will not use this email again.
