  With my family we loved the place, excellent location. Friendly attention from its owners and all the staff that work there. Impeccable cleanliness of all spaces. Apartments with very good amenities.

  The place is very nice, the cleaning service, breakfast and excellent attention, the only thing I don't like is how hot it was, the fan is not enough at this time, it does not have air conditioning, you also have to go up the stairs with your bags. It is near the center.

  We enjoyed a beautiful family Christmas with them. They even had the gesture of sharing their pets with our grandchildren. The place has an excellent location, a day blocks from the pedestrian street. Clean, spacious, comfortable. The terrace is beautiful. The treatment is very pleasant and respectful. We were very comfortable.

  In our case the experience was not the best. We got Apartment 15, which not only needed modernization (1970 aesthetics, few plugs, old model plugs, impossible to set the temperature of the shower water, etc.), but also facing the street and with the heat that (No air conditioning), it was impossible to sleep because of the noise of the cars/trucks/street fights that were heard. On the other hand, it would be good if they clarified that even though there is a parking space for all the apartments, you have to leave the key in cases where you leave your car preventing another from leaving. The breakfast has many opportunities for improvement to my liking. Finally, the pool cannot be used between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Basically all afternoon without being able to use it. The 2 stars are, one for the location, and another for the cleanliness and attention of the staff.
