  Clean spacious room . Shower was like cruise ship, but big enough. Good breakfast. Good location 3 blocks from the cemetery.

  I did the reservation an paid with credit card online. When I arrived I had the surprise that I had to pay extra taxes, which was very tricky since that increased the overall price. Besides that, I couldn't even use the sauna or jacuzzi because they close at 8pm and open again at 10am, which is very late for anyone who's on a business trip, and that wasn't informed as well. Staff was nice and rooms very clean, I think they have to communicate better their services.

  The staff at this hotel was outstanding. They went out of their way to assist us when possible. Their recommendations for restaurants lead us to fabulous restaurants that were so good we went for either lunch or dinner each day. The rooms were clean and sufficiently large for two people. The hotel location was perfect for seeing all the sites in Buenos Aires. When we return to BA, we will definitely pick this hotel.
