  One goes at 1 pm and there is NO one attending. I understand that it is lunch time, but considering that they work until 3:00 p.m., it would be prudent to leave someone in each position and take turns, right? Keep in mind that one works and logically during bank hours, one asks permission to go out to do paperwork and cannot wait for someone to appear. Now you have to come back days later when you need something urgent. At work they don't give you permission to go out to the bank every day. A 0 in attention

  The times I had to go they were very kind and they attended me quickly, they respected the shifts and helped me solve what I was going to solve.

  Fuimos 3 veces a averiguar por un préstamo a esta sucursal y nunca me dijeron cuánto me prestaban... Siempre tienen una excusa distinta y la página no simula préstamos. Tuve 2 veces prestamos hipotecarios con el Banco Nación y nunca me pasó algo así. Doy fe que no todo lo público funciona como esta sucursal. Volveré al Banco Nación, que doy fe atienden mejor.

  I went very on time and they attended me without any problem. They guided me when I entered and I did all the paperwork quickly. The staff was very friendly.
