  It is a problem to get a turn at the window and those at the door appear as if you were an intruder, being a customer and paying them their salary, that is, they are our employees, we would have to be easier to be attended, but it seems that it is the other way around.

  I have been operating with the bank for more than 4 years, excellent service. Although the shift system did not please people's anxiety, 90% of the time I had quick attention.   Clean place. The attention is good but nobody helps you. The unfortunate thing is that you have to wait more than 30 minutes to enter the ATM. A shame. I observed many older people. They would have to go without a turn to withdraw or deposit money through the box inside. And not be waiting so long outside standing. And they should put more ATMs for money extraction (3) and one only for deposit. And to be able to extract more than $ 5,000. Because according to more than 2 extractions they charge you a plus.   Very long wait times. Do not choose this bank to open an account, unless you cannot take a better option.
