  The predisposition of 2 people who attend the entrance service positions is in a bad way, without letting one explain well why one attends. Today was the second time I went to the Monte Grande branch, with the misfortune that the same people were there the first time I went. And they couldn't give me a solution, for the same problem. The same, that almost 1 hour is waited to be attended, with a previous shift. Best regards.

  Although the bank space is a small space, I think they can optimize service and that there are 5 people sitting in the offices every time I go and only two are attending very slowly

  MY DAD HAS BEEN APPLYING FOR THE DEBIT CARD FOR THREE MONTHS. LAST TIME YOU CHECKED IF YOU ARRIVED AND YOU ARE TOLD THAT THERE IS NO APPLICATION MADE. ONE OF THE CASHERS, VERY BAD EDUCATED. IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK THEY SHOULD LEAVE THE JOB TO PEOPLE WHO DO WANT TO DO IT.
