  I went several times to carry out a procedure, which I could not finish, due to the ineffectiveness of its officials, bureaucrats. They don't respect your time, they make you wait outside, because they don't have space, and then the security tells you to come back another day or at another time; which is a total lack of respect, their employees do not give answers, from the first link that is in the door to the last of this chain of people inconsiderate with their clients. I asked for the complaints book and they told me that they were unaware of it, the same when I asked their names, which indicates that they are aware of their acts of despotism. It not only happened with me, but with other people who were waiting for the bank to provide us with its services. I hope they can improve their quality of "service to the public" which is zero.

  The staff is efficient and provides great customer service, one feels welcome and with excellent guidance and resolution of our problems. Bank highly recommended!
