The employees are sitting doing nothing, chatting with each other or with the cell phone. Hopefully they change the staff. // If you have problems with the card, you cannot communicate with anyone except by wpp who do not answer what you ask. // There is never a system.// One star is a lot.

I do not recommend this bank. Communicating with a human being is impossible. Get an appointment online, a nightmare. Your Wasap says that you can pay for easy payment. You go easy and they don't charge you.
