::The ATM space is a dump that no one seems to clean up. To make arrangements online you have to contact an operator (cri cri!!!) or travel 1 hour to Dolores🤦🏼♀️ Make it easier🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏there are many ways to authenticate your identity, easier and they use them the rest of the banks. At the branch you never know if someone is going to attend to it or not, customers line up for hours and many times they have to leave because no one comes to attend them!!!!!!! When they do answer, the answers are to get people off their backs, not to help them solve the problem. The treatment is very bad. They could put someone who collaborates with people who do not understand about computers or finances to advise them without disrespect. This way they would also avoid so many complaints about fraud, since there are people who take advantage of their ignorance and the lack of assistance from the bank. The "living" offer them solutions to their problems that end up in disgusting scams! I gave it 2 stars because it is very good to have a branch nearby, but many things could be improved.
