  Lamentablemente clasifico con dos estrellas por la mala gestión, el mal trato y la falta de lógica. 1 hora para una consulta cuando solo hay 10 personas y de 4 box TRABAJAN 2 o 1. Hacen sentir que uno es molestia y fastidio cuando asiste por una inquietud.

  Today Friday June 11, 11.30 AM I went with my mother to carry out a procedure that also involves me. While we were waiting inside the bank, I noticed that the man next to us had his chinstrap on his pear (literal) added to the fact that he would not stop coughing. At one point the security guard approaches (thinking that he came to enforce the necessary requirements that we must respect to preserve everyone's health), but no ... he forces me to stop and give up my seat (why does he consider that the procedure is only one, but it does not consider that because of having flat feet and back problems, I cannot stand for so long. Those with the same condition know). Surprised and without many options ... I stop, and I kindly take the opportunity to let you know if you can please enforce the proper use of the chinstrap in place. To my surprise, he replies that we are all grown up and that he cannot take over. Even more surprised, and deducing from his logic, I ask him: "Can I take off my chinstrap then?" In response, the guard turns around and leaves. I remain standing next to my mother, risk person, the two next to a Neanderthal without a chinstrap, accompanying us along the entire queue, wait it lasted hours. In short, the criterion of this employee seems to be to occupy the least amount of banks >>> If you don't like it, you have to go, but if you don't wear a mask, you can do whatever you want, you can stay and be spreading a virus to Everyone present, you are totally great and you know what you do, right?
