  What an inefficient Bank, it really doesn't deserve any stars, it's not the first time I've come, you stand in line to go to the till to cancel, 5 people ahead of me and I've been waiting for more than one, and they haven't let anyone in, How is it possible, if I could pay the bill somewhere else, it would not be necessary to be going through these bad times, all the dissatisfied people, they should fix their protocols or maybe their workers do not know how to do the job or are very slow because I cannot explain myself otherwise shape
