  Unpresentable. I have been without a debit card for more than a month and with homebanking disabled. I can't get efvo from the ATM, I can't transfer money, I can't use the BNA App. Nobody has answers, nobody takes charge. The only response I had at the Mercedes branch (Bs As) was that THEY HAVE NO PLASTIC to issue the cards. That they close and put a hardware store. The disaster and the inperance made bank. Zero stars for this entity.

  Attention to savings clients is a disaster, they only tend this numbering almost at noon. On the other hand, many times ATMs do not have paper to deliver the ticket, as well as envelopes for deposits.
