  It is a disaster and the attention is horrible. They tell you that they will attend you without a shift, you stand in line for 4 hours and when they open they tell you that they will not give numbers that only with a shift, that if the counter wants you, they may attend you after 11am

  They should put more trained people to serve older people better and faster
