  I wanted to renew my debit card, I am retired, I was 7 days before, after a long line I was able to enter, they received my order, they canceled the card completely until I got the new one, it is about a month, I am without a card, without Home Banking, I cannot pay the bills through HB, without an ATM, without a paid market and before my claim they tell me that it is in the mail but I cannot follow it because nobody gives me a guide number. A shame.

  A shame, that they do not respect the schedule of your shift, I had a turn for 2:15 p.m. they attended to me at 4:30 p.m. ... so much waiting for them to tell you that your card is not yet ... is to look at the system and they tell you oviedo no, your card is not there yet ... and voila, I'm leaving with time ... no !! they make you wait until the last for nothing ... THEY HAVE TO RESPECT THE SHIFT SCHEDULE

  Very good attention. They only serve retirements, pensions and social plans. To withdraw cards you have to take a turn via the web. I don't give them 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1 # they give you an appointment with day and time and when you go you find that the attention is in order of arrival. I had a shift for 11:45 and they attended to me at 2:00 p.m. 2 # they have chairs inside for 50 people easy, marked according to the protocol of social distancing ... But you arrive at the time of your shift and they only allow 2 people to pass, inside the annex they only allow 4 people maximum 5, and the rest have to queue outside, standing for 2 hours with nobody who controls the distancing protocol ... Outside of that, the attention of the employees is excellent, very friendly and they help you by clearing all the doubts you have. There is an ATM on site.
