  As a public bank, it meets the expectations in terms of business care, they are providers of resources at low rates, in terms of service and in comparison with other banks it is oversized in personnel, and in everything that has to do with your home Banking, is not very agile compared to other private banks that do things better, with much less personal, and equipped with a more friendly technology, like almost all the public in Rafaela ever has something to do with this bank.
