  I waited 1 hour. The procedure that Miss Cloe should have carried out in 15 days was not done. So when I got to the box to collect I had to go through the administrative process of signatures, etc. again. This lady has a very bad service and at no time did she apologize to me for not having done her job and wasting more time. 1 hour 30 minutes to collect and being one of the last they paid me with 100-peso bills. Terrible customer service. The bank of the Argentines? Yes, it's true, it works like an underdevelopment bank.

  The San Isidro branch is the one that treats its customers the worst Mistreatment by your staff Valeria rises claims to be her manager but I doubt it is true since they are handled without criteria nor do they know what she says You have to report them but nothing ever happens

  I have been a customer for 40 years. I retired in 2002 and I was never badly attended. They always solved any problem for me. The San Isidro branch on Belgrano Street is a good bank.
