  The first day I went, the guard slammed the door in my face and yelled at me from inside that the bank was closed, totally rude. The second time I went, he treated me extremely badly, he wanted to send me at all costs to make a withdrawal with a card that I didn't even have at that time, at all times mistreating me in an overly elitist way. The third time I went, again he treated me in a super disrespectful way, asking me very badly what I was going to charge there, he didn't want to let me in, the same with the people who came in, he didn't want to explain anything to anyone, a man that he could not open the home bankimg, he asked him how he could do it since he is an elderly person and he wanted to kick him out at all costs, he did not give him concrete solutions. I'm going back tomorrow, but I hope I can change banks quickly, because I never want to go back to that place where I felt constantly attacked by the staff, not to mention that home bankimg is not easy for me to use, I can't imagine with an older person, these people lack a lot of empathy.
