::I'll never understand why self-service terminals never work outside of banking hours. Impossible to make a deposit, they never work except from 10-15hs. Shouldn't they be active to avoid so many people together???!

::Self-service terminals are scary. Among so many that happened to me, I tried to make a withdrawal for an urgent payment that I had to make, not only did they not give me the cash but they also debited my savings account. One week claiming, they admit the error but there is no refund date even. Surely they must keep customers' money for a week or two while they entertain you with claims.
