I went on Saturday and Sunday to want to make a deposit and the ATM was in these conditions. The ATMs are always not working, or are out of service, or undergoing maintenance. But the worst is what we see in the photos. The dirt that people make. While other ATMs in the area were in perfect condition.

They look at you like you're an enemy, not a customer.

I ALWAYS take a shift to the bank and even if I do the same, the guard tells you that you have to stand in line!….it doesn't matter if you take a shift at 10 and you arrive at 11, it's still in order of arrival….very well a couple of months ago They are no longer ordering so I queued without a turn waiting half an hour on Monday 02/7/2022 and says who has a turn and makes them come in even if they are late??? I have seen people who go straight to the till without a shift…perhaps there is favoritism…. enters the one who gets along with the guard or what is he like??? (LINIERS forward guard) I don't think it's fair!!! I better tell him I don't want to talk and he tells me YES SHUT UP BETTER!!!

In keeping with the global policy of bank owners in general, they have taken advantage of the excuse of the pandemic to worsen their services by reducing cashiers and customer service, forcing customers to digitize that increases bankers' profits in 1000% at the expense of its clients and a growing unemployment and subcontracting of personnel that does nothing but impoverish society in general. But beware that I consider Galicia to be like this and everything among the least bad and that they have very good staff and predisposition. It is just that they are not delegated the authority and economic resources to improve their services.
