  I HAVE HAD MY CTA FOR 28 YEARS. IN THIS BRANCH. THEY SERVE EVERY TIME WORSE!!!!!! OR I DON'T KNOW WHO THE MANAGER IS IS A RUDE BRAT THAT, I ASKED HIM A QUESTION AND FAR FROM ANSWERING ME, HE REPEATED TO WAIT OUTSIDE, WHEN THE SECURITY PERSONNEL HAD ALLOWED ME TO PASS TO ASK.... I TOLD HIM I WAS ASKING HIM A QUESTION CONSULTATION AND HE JUST REPEATED ME THAT I HAD TO WAIT OUTSIDE!!! I REPEAT 28 YEARS WORKING WITH MY MONEY. NEVER A BENEFIT...

First of all, their attention is very, very slow, apart from the bad predisposition of the employees, I used to go to several branches and the armchairs are screens, in this one it has broken armchairs and when it is your turn they notify you by shouting or by spreading the word... they had me poorly equipped to make a receipt, the printers did not work and they ended up doing it by hand. I hope they change. but I don't go to this branch anymore
