  Terrible attention. Archaic the service system at the door, they are with printed sheets looking by name, they let people pass without a turn because they are friends "of" or they come from "of", even people who are not even clients of the bank, I saw it while I was there , nobody told me. They should take more care of customers and the exceptions should be for us who until today we choose them. When a whole company changes banks, they already know why.

  Excellent attention both in account officers and in the boxes and advice! A very clean, tidy bank and with a fairly fast attention, they always helped me with what I needed until after business hours, I highly recommend it!
