  I had to give a star because Google does not allow me to publish my opinion without that condition, otherwise I would not place a single one. Unfortunately, in this bank I felt cheated, since due to their negligence in not meeting deadlines, I was affected by the loss of a benefit from the procreate line. I started the process in the month of March and due to their lack of communication and answers. In the month of May, the bank employee in charge of my portfolio communicated with me to report that I had given up the "benefit" (which I never did). I submitted my claim to the Procrear offices and within 24 business hours I received a response explaining that the bank informs them that the "benefit" had been withdrawn due to the extension of the deadlines. I leave this summary of a bad and long experience with this Bank.

  Bank trash. The telephone service is terrible and they take up to 1 hour, yes 1 hour, to attend! Loans at a 0% rate are a SCAM, since they then apply an indexation rate that they never explain when contracting it and appears in the "fine print". Terrible experience, never again with this jet sleeve.

  A real junk bank doesn't solve anything because of the system or why don't they care? Of all my requests, none of them materialized. They confirmed a loan that they canceled later.
