  I would give it minus 6 stars. Very bad customer service, with little predisposition to conflict resolution. An entity not recommended

  It is true that sometimes you have to wait a long time for them to attend you, but when they do they always give you a solution. They have improved the shift system and put very good ergonomic chairs. Also the home banking added new functions that save you time to go to the branch in very cold weather hehe

  I went 3 times and at 3 the same person attended me, a laziness to work that I cannot explain in words. The 3rd and last time I went, this person who works at the cash register (always at the 1st) stayed chatting with a person who did NOT have a Tickect to be attended, I and 3 other people were watching how they chatted about life for 15 minutes. So you know people, if you are going to do some paperwork by cashier you may find this person having a coffee with a friend in the bank.
