  I am going to pay the cards and the (modern) payment machine has not worked for 3 months and you are forced to use the obsolete one that you have to enter the card number in each operation in which only 40 bills can be deposited, which is Which to be able to make the payment one has to perform 5 or more operations when only has $ 100 bills. The protocol was not fulfilled at all, there were more than 7 people within the ATM area. When I mentioned this to the "security guard" I asked him to let me enter and make the payment at the cashier, which I was denied. After a tedious wait to be able to pay, I requested the Complaints Book WHICH I WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME, instead an employee came to say that it is not their fault since the ATMs are from BANELCO and they are the ones who have to take charge . A total lack of respect to be playing with the time of the people, if this continues unpunished I will have to proceed by judicial measures.
