  It used to have excellent service, it doesn't happen anymore ... Unexplained delays since one attends with a shift, the deposit machines of yesteryear are wrong and to avoid enabling the checkout line they say that "there is no system" leaving their own customers like that without service for 2 or 3 days with something as simple as a deposit that they have at their fingertips to solve by working.

  My friend of almost 90 years lives in Caba..she lost her card on December 23rd. They are telling him to go to Gerli to get the new card .... he is almost 90 years old !! Can't you send it home?
