  That bank is a shame. My mother has been a customer for 21 years. And not at all the attention (especially from the cashiers) they always deal with bad humor and little education. They have no tolerance, no patience. On top of that, my mom is up to date with the card and they don't want to acknowledge the payment. You have to pay, when you were up to date and without debt. The truth is that they are unprofessional. Not all, but the vast majority yes. A shame!!
