  Although I have been a customer for many years... unfortunate the attention, the phones never answer you... and if they do answer you, they don't have interns to pass the call or solve your question... switch nothing... sick of being with - call again and hahaha take the day Those who serve at the counter totally disrespectful of the client.   They don't want to work. On top of the two policemen at the entrance standing up for the bank employees who do not come out to give an answer to their problem, they should be ashamed. They also don't let you in without an appointment, which annuls any kind of care you need urgently. I appreciate the good predisposition of the two PFA officers at the entrance, they were more than cordial, but the ones from the bank were a disaster.
