  Non-viable. To make a change of address you have to go PHYSICALLY to the branch carrying a tax in your name and with the address...2022. They don't solve anything for you. They always refer you.."call here, send an email to this email, take a shift and come another day" etc.. THOSE WHO CAN CHANGE BANK

A girl standing at the entrance reluctantly gave me directions to what I needed, she spoke to me rudely, I don't understand how they can stop certain people at the door of such an important bank. Then the cashier who attended me, an older man, rude and rude also because to give me the information I needed, he did it reluctantly, in a concise way, he did not solve anything for me and even ended up making fun of me.
