  The attention is not good... it seems that for these employees, a pandemic is synonymous with vacations... the employees, except for one, look like the Employee of Gasalla... the friendliest in that branch (San Miguel) is the Security employee... the manager seems very basic and... painted...

  If you can choose another bank, do it! Having a salary account and having asked that they remove the insurance (in all possible ways) that they charge without request from the client, they continued to charge me for months. Telephone attention does not exist and face-to-face commercial attention is a joke, it depends on who attends you, they say one thing or another, a total misinformation among employees. They have made me take 4 turns to solve a problem that could have been solved by reporting correctly from the beginning and not having found out in parts what to do. In a pandemic, you should not be making a customer go to the bank 4 times unnecessarily! Excluded is the security man and the older lady who work very well and with empathy.
