  Friendly service but poor service. I have to travel 200 km to go to the bank for anything I need to do. When I asked for some means of communication, they answered me "we don't answer the phone and I can't send you mail for inquiries, anything, call 0-800 at the central office in the capital" (needless to say, I couldn't speak to someone by that means either) .
