  It is an even bank, everything works badly and they do everything wrong, they kill each other to see which is the worst with ICBC/Province and Nation, although the latter 2 are at least saved by the flow of clients and therefore have more work.

  I put 1 star because they force me there is no way to communicate with anyone via phone 0810 robots 0800 the same phone branch they do not answer and I just want to know where I pick up my card they send me text message and I do not know in which branch they will be
