  Bad attention, my returns for everything, they never give you a quick solution. You cancel your credit cards and they continue to charge you for the product package. They answer you that it is because they still have consumption but you stop displaying them in the homebanking instantly. Afterwards, you don't know how much you have to pay because the summary never arrives by mail and you no longer have a place to see the amount to pay. You have to keep the cards to find out by phone, indicating the numbers on the card. If you threw the card in the trash, you rang! Above they give you much lower amounts than those offered by other banks such as Galicia. Horrible.

  It is one of the worst branches. The only positive thing is that the bank grants shifts during the day, only the box has more capacity. But it is useless to choose schedules because when you arrive with the day and time they tell you that it is in order of arrival. Crazy!. Their shift system sucks. Personal attention is the worst. It is understood that a large part of the people who attend have complaints but, the employees, as read in other comments, act in a very bad way. They are arrogant, they speak badly to you and they do not provide solutions. Even in procedures that must be simple. I stop being a customer for these things. If you have to go to the bank, choose another branch. In CABA villa luro or in the center, I never had these problems. Sucursal San Justo leaves much to be desired, especially in the human factor.
