  Very bad attention by bank personnel .... I took a turn for my mother (risk person) to be attended by the window when she arrives they ask her that she should have called before ... Since when is this step to be attended? ... She goes the next day and they treat her as a liar and tell her that the permit was in my name and that it was after hours ... They are rude and they wouldn't let her speak to the manager
