  Terrible attention. Sometimes you have to wait up to more than an hour to be attended. The employees look like turtles because of how slow they are. Honestly, it sucks having to go. It was a good choice to put more exclusive ATMs for bank customers, since otherwise it was extremely unbearable to have to go to the ATM and that there is a terrible line to enter.

  Today 03/08/22 I went to the bank to collect cash, the security guys took my number to access, I don't know why it came out with the priority P, the guys asked me if my document was okay, to which I told them yes, and I was going to show them to them; They told me that it was not necessary that sometimes that happened, so I continued. When I had to go to the window, a woman who was in position 1 spoke to me in a bad way from the first moment, she told me why take out the number as a priority, that if I was pregnant or had some disability, to which I told her NO I didn't take the number out, the security guys did. He insisted that I did it when it was not like that, since then he continued to speak ill of me and did things in a hurry so that I would withdraw. A disaster on his part and more so being that it is WOMEN'S DAY.

  I live very, very close to the Bank ... and the truth is I am ashamed to have a bank like this, the ATM NEVER has money ***, when they have money they give you $ 100 bills, for example, you have to withdraw $ 10,000 and you have to go with a bag, needless to say that the door is always open, the ATMs (when they work) are disgusting.

  I have a whole package of products for more than 40 years. I have other private bank accounts for my profession. I have never had a problem. Excellent service with little delay. Lots of people who complain because they don't know other banks. All services are paid. To pay them in other banks you have to be a customer and the commissions are more expensive. The BIP page is a luxury !!!

  The place is quite haggard! ATMs generally have only 2 or 3 money. Bank people attend with little desire but more or less solve things. A pity that they do not invest even a peso in improving it
