  Terrible attention, almost 4 months to complete a procedure and to this day they have not resolved it. They take hours to serve you and then they become demanding with the opening hours.

  After spending half an hour obeying a sign that says to queue outside the branch and being the last person to enter, a young man told me that he could not enter because he had given numbers and I did not have any. I inform him that I had already queued at the ATM and he refused me the password and that all he needed was to launder it. From that moment he went into rude broken record mode and not only told me that it was not his problem but that I should come very early the next day.

  This branch is the worst. To say that you cannot use the cell phone inside and you cannot expose all the IRREGULARITIES that are witnessed.

  I give it a star only because it is close to me... but the truth is that it seems that they pay very little attention to it, of the 4 or 5 ATMs that it has every time I go, only 1 works, which makes a super long queue and it's really annoying

  I regret that out of 4 ATMs, 1 or 2 always work with money available.
