  I opened two accounts in 2019, I never used them because the systems are from the 19th century. The blonde lady who attended me, not at all attentive. You just need someone to come out from behind a counter and spit at you. Calling it a bank is aspirational, but in that case, it's the worst in the galaxy.

  They never answer. The credit card summary always with some error. They charge me penalties for minimum payment and I always make TOTAL PAYMENT. They did not register the payment for January and now they want to charge me for January and February 2021. Horror.
