  I am from Rosario and we cannot cash out bank checks that are from other locations. The Account Agent of the Rosario branch of Santa Fe street at 1300 told us on several occasions that they can be paid. I can collect them at the Santa Fe Capital branch. Yesterday I was at Casa Central de Paraná and consulting I said that there is no impediment to be able to charge in Rosario. PLEASE, SOME MANAGER CAN NOTIFY THIS LORD AND ROSARIO BRANCHES THAT "IF" YOU CAN PAY THEM. Thank you
