  Terrible attention, I did a procedure, they did not ask me for an ID to validate my identity, they told me to wait 3 days and a week passed and I am still waiting, the woman who attended me did nothing and the claims were not attended to

  They are super rude to the cashiers, they do not respect order of arrival, but the treatment is super impolite and grotesque.

  They do not prioritize people with disabilities, they say that the order is based on customer quality, the box takes unusual times. The only correct and kind are those responsible for commercial attention. I never felt more mistreated, a shame.
