The commercial person who attended me did it in a very inefficient and useless way and gave me incoherent answers, he sent me away without solving the problem. Your bank has withheld my money and they do not give me the possibility to withdraw it and I need it. I haven't received the debit card yet, they didn't want to give me my cash.
